To help you find the perfect wine, we have for the White and Rosé wines designated numbers. 1 to 5 with 1 being the driest and 5 being the sweetest
Red wines are designated letters A to E with A being the lightest and softest and E
being the deepest and fullest with concentrated flavour.
VINTAGES
We take great care in cellaring and stocking our vintages.
However, there are occasions when a particular vintage is no longer available, due to high demand.
In such circumstances and with your understanding, we wish to reserve the right to serve you with an alternative vintage of comparable quality.
